📄 سياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء | Refund & Cancellation Policy

سياسة الاسترداد:
يتم استرداد كامل الرسوم بعد خصم أي رسوم تحويل بنكي إن وجدت، وذلك في حال طلب العميل الاسترداد قبل موعد بدء البرنامج التدريبي بـ 5 أيام عمل على الأقل.

حق الإلغاء:
لممارسة حق الإلغاء، يجب على العميل إشعار مركز نيفادا للتدريب والاستشارات بقراره بشكل واضح، وذلك عبر:

المهلة المحددة للإلغاء:
يُعتبر طلب الإلغاء مقبولًا في حال إرساله قبل انتهاء فترة الإلغاء المحددة.

مدة استرداد المبلغ:
سيتم معالجة طلب الاسترداد دون تأخير غير مبرر، وبحد أقصى خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ إشعار المركز بطلب الإلغاء.

رسوم التحويل البنكي:
يتم استرداد المبلغ عبر تحويل بنكي بعد خصم أي رسوم تحويل تم دفعها سواء عند استلام المبلغ أو عند إعادته للعميل.

الإلغاء بعد بدء البرنامج:
في حال طلب الإلغاء بعد حضور أول جلسة، وبدون وجود خطأ من المركز، يتم خصم 25% من إجمالي الرسوم بالإضافة إلى رسوم التحويل البنكي إن وجدت.

عدم الإلغاء بعد انتهاء المهلة:
لا يحق للعميل الإلغاء التلقائي بعد انتهاء فترة الإلغاء، وأي طلب بعد ذلك يخضع لموافقة إدارة المركز.

عدم الاسترداد بعد الجلسة الثانية:
لا يمكن طلب استرداد أو إلغاء البرنامج بعد بدء الجلسة الثانية تحت أي ظرف.

الأسباب الشخصية:
لا يحق للعميل المطالبة بأي استرداد في حال عدم الحضور لأسباب شخصية.

Refund Policy:
Full fees will be refunded after deducting any applicable bank transfer charges if the client requests a refund at least 5 working days before the start of the training program.

Cancellation Right:
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform Nevada Training & Consulting Centre of your decision through a clear notice via:

Cancellation Deadline:
The cancellation request will be considered valid if submitted before the cancellation deadline.

Refund Timeline:
Nevada Training & Consulting Centre will process the refund without unjustified delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation request.

Bank Transfer Fees:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer after deducting any applicable transfer fees incurred during payment or refund processing.

Post-Program Start Cancellation:
If the client requests cancellation after attending the first session, and there is no fault on the part of the centre, 25% of the total fees will be deducted, in addition to any transfer fees.

No Automatic Cancellation After Deadline:
Clients are not entitled to cancel automatically after the deadline. Any late cancellation is subject to centre approval.

No Refund After Second Session:
No refunds or cancellations are allowed once the second session has started.

Personal Reasons:
No refunds will be granted for non-attendance due to personal reasons.
